Digimon Alysion Pre-Registration Opens in 49 Countries

Bandai has announced that pre-registration is now available for its upcoming free-to-play digital card game, Digimon Alysion, on iOS and Android in 49 countries and regions. The game is scheduled to launch sometime in 2026, although an exact release date has not been confirmed.

Based on the existing Digimon Card Game, Digimon Alysion will feature online battles, ranked matches, tournaments, and new cards exclusive to the digital release.

It takes place in the setting established by Digimon Liberator, the ongoing webcomic and light novel series connected to the trading card game. It also introduces an original story about Kanata Hondo, a newcomer to card games who learns how to play with help from her online friend Futre.

Story Mode introduces players to the rules through guided card battles as they follow Kanata and the supporting cast.

The cast is as follows:

  • Kanata Hondo, voiced by Shu Uchida
    • An energetic, upbeat casual gamer who has played games of all kinds but is new to card games.
  • Futre, voiced by Hikari Kubota
    • A girl who games with Kanata. They have never met in real life, but they are so close that each considers the other a best friend.
  • Valner Dragnogh, voiced by Fairouz Ai
    • A girl who is the guild master of [Di:WO], the guild Futre once belonged to.
  • Renamon, voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro
    • Valner’s partner Digimon. Renamon rarely shows emotion, but is always looking out for Valner.
  • Aliol, voiced by Ayumu Murase
  • The guide for DIGIMON LIBERATOR, a near-future full-dive game.

Digimon Alysion will support Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean for its interface and story. Card text will be available in Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, and Korean.
