Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team x ZOIDS Collab Brings Exclusive Players and Rewards

Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team is getting an awesome crossover since KLab is throwing the football world together with ZOIDS! The event is happening in the mobile head-to-head football sim. Of course, that means Tsubasa and friends are getting paired up with giant mechanical animals. So, let’s give you the full scoop on Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team x ZOIDS.

ZOIDS is the iconic real-moving motorized kit line produced by TOMY Company since 1983. The creatures are biomechanical lifeforms based on dinosaurs and animals. The name ZOIDS comes from combining zoic, referring to animals or living beings, and android, meaning a robot with a human appearance.

The toys are also a little different from standard model kits because they actually move after being assembled. ZOIDS are Real Moving Kit toys, so they’re assembly-type motorized toys fitted with either electric motors or wind-up mechanisms.

The KLab team dropped a new key visual for the Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team x ZOIDS collab

The main part of the event is the Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team × ZOIDS Dream Transfer, which is now available. It adds limited-edition versions of several players with special artwork created around their ZOIDS partners. Their Special Skills come with original collaboration animations where the ZOIDS themselves show up during the moves.

The featured combinations are Tsubasa Ozora with BLADE LIGER, Taro Misaki with LIGHTNING SAIX, Kojiro Hyuga with SABER TIGER, Genzo Wakabayashi with GOJULAS GUNNER, Natureza with GENO BREAKER, Karl Heinz Schneider with DEATH SAURER, and Deuter Muller with IRON KONG MS.

There’s also a free Transfer running during the event called Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team × ZOIDS New Collaboration Player Guaranteed SSR Transfer. It guarantees players one of the newly added limited-edition collaboration players.

The game has also added ZOIDS collaboration Collection Items. You can obtain them by collecting exclusive Medals from the Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team × ZOIDS Collaboration Commemorative Special Event.
