The new Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble Android and iOS mobile game, which only appeared in regions like Canada, the UK, Indonesia, and the Philippines as part of a gradual rollout and testing phased, is canceled and will shut down. It will leave storefronts on November 21, 2026, and people who can access it will be able to play until servers close on May 1, 2027. This was the first new game in the series since Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart launched in June 2021.
The cancellation and end of service statement offered a timeline of what to expect. There is a new update for Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble out and all in-app purchases for things like a Quark Pass and currency are removed as of November 6, 2026. All already purchased items and Super Passes will be able to be used until servers close on May 1, 2027, and going forward the Super Pass is free. Any paid purchase refunds only go through Apple App Store and Google Play if people are eligible. All modes and multiplayer options will remain open until the end, and there will still be seasons. Once the game ends, there will be a wipe of player data to go with it.
Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble is available on Android and iOS devices until the mobile game servers shut down on May 1, 2027. The last mainline game Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart can be found on the PS5 and PC.
