Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. has unveiled more of the flavourful gameplay coming to its new management sim, ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet, ahead of its launch on October 23, 2026 across Android, iOS, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2. Developed by Kairosoft Co., Ltd., this ONE PIECE-based game was first announced in June 2026 with the October release plan.

Get ready to build Baratie Number Two and cook up dishes with the Straw Hats

If you missed it, ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet is a new management sim that brings more than 400 characters from the beloved series into a pixel-art culinary adventure. Now, the latest trailer gives you a closer look at the restaurant management, cooking, customization, and character interaction you can expect when the game arrives.

You can look forward to an original story where a mysterious imposter version of the legendary seafaring restaurant Baratie suddenly appears, serving overpriced dishes and providing poor service that hurts the original establishment’s reputation.

With Baratie’s name on the line, Luffy and Sanji decide to open Baratie Number Two, where you’ll join as a rookie staff member who must help bring the restaurant back to its former glory.

Cook, customise, and welcome familiar One Piece faces

Gameplay-wise, you can gather ingredients and discover recipes while working alongside Sanji to prepare new dishes. Even some Devil Fruit users can occasionally get involved with the cooking. Once a dish is ready, you can also customize its presentation with different decorations and plating options to create menu combinations that suit different customers.

Restaurant customization looks fun with over 200 furniture items available to decorate and personalize the space. You can build interiors inspired by familiar locations and characters from the One Piece universe, while expanding your restaurant and traveling across the sea will gradually introduce you to more than 400 characters.

Plus, each customer has their own preferences for food and decor, and you must keep them happy to build a loyal following, with some even setting up their own speciality shops inside the restaurant as it grows into a bustling culinary destination. As a huge One Piece fan, I’m super excited for this game.
